• Worker’s welfare is our top most priority. Our workers are our heart. We believe if workers are well company will be well automatically. To ensure the welfare of our employees we strongly maintain below issues.
  

House Keeping :

• House keeping is very important to ensure healthy workplace. TRIMS LINE LIMITED has strong House keeping team who are well aware about the necessity of good house keeping and they continuously do their work to keep the factory clean & tidy.

First Aid & Emergency Medical Treatment :

• A full-time nurse and a doctor are engaged in the factory to look after the employees’ health & safety during the working hour. In addition, we have a person trained in first aid and Medicare for every 50 workers. We keep certain quantity of medicine of different types in first aid boxes in each floor for employees to use as first aid.
• Beside this, we have contract with different Hospitals like; “Enam Medical College & Hospital”, Lab Zone Hospital, Prime Hospital in Savar for any kind of Medical emergency. Our medical team is always ready to handle any kind of medical emergency case.

Maternity Benifit :

• We provide Maternity Benefit as per the guideline of Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules-2015 to all the eligible employees.

Day care center :

• TRIMS LINE LIMITED has a well furnished Day Care Center where employees can keep their kids while they are working in the factory. The center is well furnished as well as highly maintained by Child care governance.

Pure Drinking Water :

• We better understand that pure drinking water is very important for healthy life. That’s why we ensure pure drinking water facility for our employees throughout the factory premises. We installed water filtering machine to all our floors so that our employees can get pure drinking water easily.
